Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing the BIM model

• Create families to suit the project use

• BD submission, technical project drawings, create, maintain or amend BIM models of different disciplines, mainly external facades related

• Collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines design changes and model changes

• Attend and assist in project coordination meetings if required

• Modify and advise on altering design, variations and changes

 

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Building / Mechanical or any other related discipline

• At least 2-3 years’ experience in the operation of BIM tools

• Familiar in using Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks for drawings and model coordination in building construction projects

• Familiar with Rhino, SketchUp and other graphic presentation software is advantage & preferable

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as BIM Modeller / CAD Draftsman

• Good knowledge of construction & engineering is preferred
