Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for project & co-ordination, cost estimation, cost control and progress monitoring

• Prepare documentation and project administration

• Supervise and monitor site safety and work quality

• Coordinate design works to clients/consultants with Project Manager

• Handle calculations and relevant documents for submissions

 

Job Requirements:

• High Diploma or above in Civil / Structural Engineering / Building Studies or equivalent

• 3 years of relevant experience is preferred

• Familiar with engineering drawings and BD submissions

• Proficient in AutoCAD would be an advantage

• Hardworking, aggressive, work independently

• Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua

• Good computer skills

• Immediate availability is highly preferred
