Mould Fabrication, Production
APG’s factory locates in Shunde, Guangdong which is in the heart of Southern Logistic Hub of Mainland China. With all mould fabrication and panel production carried out under one roof, and fully supported by in-house Quality Assurance Department (QA Department) and Laboratory, we could produce up to 100,000m² of international standard GRC products annually.
QA / QC
In order to guarantee the high quality of our GRC products, all stages of production process are closely monitored by our in-house QA Department and Laboratory.
Testing of products is conducted daily in accordance with “Specification for Glassfibre Reinforced Cement (GRC) Material: Grade 18” published by the GRCA and “BSEN1170:1998 & BSEN1169:1999 British Standard”. Independent HOKLAS testing laboratory will be employed when necessary. To ensure accuracy of test result, the Flexural Strength Testing Machine in our QA Department and its routine supporting and maintenance services are provided regularly by U.K. Testometric Co. Ltd.
